Jesus Christ gave Himself and died for our sins to deliver us from this evil world. He now has the keys of hell and death.
Jesus rose from the dead and now He lives. ”For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
Jesus calls you to the cross of Calvary. He wants to forgive your sins.
”For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:” 1 Peter 3:18.
Come to the Lord and find rest for your soul. He can heal all your diseases. ”Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
”But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5
The blood of Jesus cleanses you from all sin when you repent and turn from your evil way.
”If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
”Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:” Acts 3:19-20
”Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Acts 2:38
Don’t lose hope, even if you’re in a difficult situation in life. With God all things are possible.
Joel 2:13 ”And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.”
Receive Him and believe on His name. His compassions and mercies fail not, they are new every morning.
”But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” John 1:12
”Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.” John 11:25-27
Faith works by love. Love never fails.
”And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13
”A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.” John 13:34
A simple prayer you can pray.
”Lord Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God and that you died on the cross and rose from the dead into Heaven as the Bible teaches. Have mercy on me and help me to repent. Forgive my sins and lead me on the right path. Thank you. Amen. ”
