Deceitful riches of the world

Jesus wants to forgive your past mistakes today. God has great plans for you, to give you a hope and a future. He is rich unto all that call upon Him. ”For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

The deceitful riches of the world cause many to fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. ”For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” Mark 8:36

The love of money is the root of all evil. What did Jesus say about serving mammon? ”No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” Matthew 6:24

Jesus said that whoever believes in Him has eternal life. Jesus bore our sins when He died on the cross. Then He ascended to Heaven.

John 3:16 ”For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble. So do not lose hope, but draw near to the Lord in prayer and you will surely receive help at the right time.

Joel 2:13 ”And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.”

Here is a short prayer.

”Lord Jesus, have mercy on me a sinner. Help me to believe and trust in You. Thank You for all You have done for me and my family. Amen.”
